If it was up to mom a nice craftsman push mower would make a great gift for dad. I personally think that getting dad some titanium rings would make an even better gift. Mom would like dad to get a gift that would be beneficial to the house but I say get a gift that reminds dad just how much you love him.

There are so many nice titanium rings to choose from that I am sure you would find a ring or two that you might want for yourself. Dad is a very simple guy. He owns one watch, his wedding ring, some cufflinks and that’s about it. Unfortunately, he lost his wedding ring recently. So, with my mom’s blessing, I started looking for a replacement. I came across this beautiful mens ring. It doesn’t look like the traditional wedding rings, but when I showed it to Mom, she absolutely loved it. Now we just have to see what Dad thinks.

Next month, we get to honor the other half of our biological equation when we celebrate Father’s Day. I remember an early episode of the Cosby Show when Cliff was telling his wife about the lame present he had received from his children. Whenever I watch that episode, I think about how most dads do get a bit of a raw deal. We have flowers, candles and even chocolates that we can send to Mom. The reason we can do this is because women generally speak their mind about their likes and dislikes. Dads don’t really do that, and as a result, we’re left to buy ties, socks and dress shirts. All useful items to be sure, but not really anything that speaks of the great respect we have for fathers. I decided this year I was going to do something different. I wanted to commemorate the job my dad had done with a special gift. I thought a ring celebrating his work was in order. So I did a search for jewelers newport beach and found some great items. These are not the garish, humongous rings you sometimes see on TV; these rings are unique, classy without being garish. I think that describes my dad perfectly.
